How quickly can ATS Group deploy guards to my site?
Deployment timelines depend on the number of guards required and the nature of the posting. For standard deployments, we typically require 24–72 hours for site assessment, personnel briefing and deployment. For urgent requirements, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How does the Mobiliis tracking system work for clients?
Once your guards are deployed, you download the free Mobiliis Client App from Google Play. Log in with your phone number and email provided by ATS Group. You can then see all your deployed guards in real time — their location on a map, check-in history, missed alerts and duty performance. Past duties are stored for review at any time.
Are ATS Group guards uniformed and clearly identified?
Yes. All ATS Group guards are deployed in full professional uniform — black beret, company sweater with ATS logo, appropriate trousers or skirt and black boots. Guards also carry a digital photo ID badge accessible via the Mobiliis app, which can be used for identification at any time.
Do you provide security for both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. ATS Group serves a wide range of clients across both residential and commercial environments — from private residential estates and apartment complexes to corporate offices, warehouses, retail spaces, schools and logistics facilities. Each deployment is tailored to the specific requirements of the environment.

How does ATS Group handle missed check-in alerts?
When a guard misses a scheduled check-in alert, this is immediately recorded in the Mobiliis system and visible to both the ATS supervisor and the client via the app. Our supervisors follow up directly with the guard and, if needed, escalate the situation appropriately. All missed alerts are logged for performance review.
